Foreasy RNase Inhibitor

Kit Description:

A new mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed in E. coli engineered bacteria using gene recombination technology. The inhibitor inhibits RNase activity by non-competitively combining with RNase 1:1, thereby protecting RNA integrity , and can effectively inhibit the RNase A, B, C  activity , but not RNase T1, T2, H, etc.; It is reversible of the binding of RNase Inhibitor and RNase , and the complex can be dissociated by urea and sulfhydryl reagents, so that RNase renatures and the inhibitor is irreversibly inactivated.

Foreasy RNase Inhibitor can be used in all experiments with RNase contamination or interference to protect RNA from degradation; in experiments, Foreasy RNase Inhibitor will not interfere or affect the experiment itself.  For instance:

Synthesis of the first strand of cDNA, RT-PCR (direct RT-qPCR and direct RT-PCR)

In vitro transcription/translation

Inhibition of RNase activity during RNA isolation and purification

Storage and Shelf life

Store at -20±5℃ for 2 years or at -80℃ for long-term storage.
