Kit application
This kit is used to qualitatively detect the abnormality of human IGH gene in cytological samples or paraffin-embedded tissue samples in vitro.
Specimen requirements
- Tissue specimen
The paraffin-embedded tissue specimens were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin, and the slice thickness was between 3 and 5 µm.
- Cell specimen
For bone marrow or peripheral blood samples, unfixed fresh samples should be stored at 4°C for no more than 24 hours, and the fixed cell suspension should be stored at -20°C.
Storage and Shelf life
Stored at -20℃±5℃ in the dark, valid for 12 months. Transport below 8 ℃.
