Judgment tips:

How to judge whether it is a polysaccharide polyphenol plant

Take about 20mg tissue block and put it into a clean 1.5ml centrifuge tube, add 200ul 200mM NaOH solution, place it at 95℃ for 10min, observe the color change after lysis

1. If the color of the lysate is green or light yellow, it means that the content of tissue polyphenols is low, and it is recommended to use the Foregene Plant series

2. If the lysate is brownish-yellow or brownish-red, it means that the tissue polyphenol content is high, and it is recommended to use Foregene Polysaccharide Polyphenol Plant Plus Series
