What is DirectPCR?

DirectPCR technology means that without separating and purifying nucleic acid molecules (including DNA and RNA) of various tissue samples, only the tissue and cell structure is destroyed by the lysis of protease, the nucleic acid is released into the lysis solution, and the lysis solution is directly added. The PCR reaction system is a technology for amplification of the target gene.

Since the invention of PCR technology 30 years ago, researchers have been troubled by the separation and extraction of nucleic acids. Using tissue samples to directly perform PCR reactions is the dream of many researchers. But this dream has not been realized for 30 years.
