DNA-only Silica Membrane Technology
DNA-Only Column is a special silica membrane adsorption column, combined with Foregene's unique formula reagents, can efficiently and specifically bind DNA, and can remove RNA, impurity proteins, ions and other organic compounds in cells to the greatest extent. The experiment process can remove the RNA in the genomic DNA without adding RNase, and avoid the laboratory from being contaminated by exogenous RNase.
In the DNA-Only Column, plasmid DNA can be bound to the silica membrane under high-salt conditions, and then the DNA is eluted from the silicon matrix with low-salt buffer or water. The obtained DNA can be used for molecular biology experiments such as restriction digestion, PCR, sequencing, library construction, bacterial transformation, and transfection.
Advantages
No need to add RNase to remove RNA from genomic DNA, avoiding the laboratory from being contaminated by exogenous RNase.

DNA extraction from samples such as plasmids, animals, cells, plants, viruses, water, feces, soil, and buccal swabs.
