Descriptions
This kit uses the spin column and formula developed by our company, which can efficiently extract small fragments of miRNA less than 100nt from serum and plasma. The kit provides DNA-Cleaning Column, which can easily separate the supernatant and tissue lysate and adsorb and remove the DNA in the sample, which is simple and time-saving; RNA-only Column can efficiently bind RNA, and with a unique formula, it can be used at the same time. Process a large number of samples.
The whole system is RNase-Free, so that the purified miRNA is not degraded; Buffer miBRW1 and Buffer miBRW2 buffer washing system make the RNA obtained without protein, DNA, ion, and organic compound pollution.
