DAPI Counterstain
Description
The main component of DAPI re-staining solution is 4-phenylindole, which can penetrate the cell membrane and bind strongly to DNA. The blue fluorescent nucleus can be seen under the excitation of ultraviolet light under fluorescence microscope.

Applicable specimen type: tissue or cell samples detected by in situ hybridization.
Limitations
This method is only applicable to the staining of tissue samples or cell samples detected by in situ hybridization, and is not applicable to the staining of samples detected by other methods.
Storage and Shelf life
Stored at -20℃±5℃ in the dark, valid for 12 months. Transport below 8 ℃.
