◮ A new mouse-derived RNase inhibitor expressed in E. coli engineered bacteria using gene recombination technology. The inhibitor inhibits RNase activity by non-competitively combining with RNase 1:1, thereby protecting RNA integrity , and can effectively inhibit the RNase A, B, C activity , but not RNase T1, T2, H, etc.; It is reversible of the binding of RNase Inhibitor and RNase , and the complex can be dissociated by urea and sulfhydryl reagents, so that RNase renatures and the inhibitor is irreversibly inactivated.

PCR Hero (With Dye) Extraction kit includes Foregene’s unique new generation of Taq—Foregene Taq Hero, optimized dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, PCR reaction enhancer, optimizer and stabilizer. The 2× PCR HeroTM Mix (dye) system has higher tolerance to PCR inhibitors than the ordinary PCR Mix system, and can easily cope with PCR amplification of various complex templates. The unique reaction system and high-efficiency Taq Hero make the PCR reaction have higher amplification efficiency, specificity and sensitivity.
